Village Hall : Rental of Furniture and Equipment Hire
Hello!
Thank you so much for contacting Kemerton Village Hall.
Much of the Hall’s furniture and equipment is available for rent to Kemerton residents for events at other locations within the village, such as at private homes.
We regret that, under normal circumstances, non-Kemerton residents are not able to rent Hall furniture or equipment, but special permission can be sought by emailing bookings@kemerton.org.uk
Making a furniture or equipment booking for an event elsewhere
To make a booking to rent furniture or equipment, please submit a Booking Form using the following link and await confirmation via email.

Payment for your booking
You must pay for your furniture or equipment rental as soon as availability is confirmed by email.

Furniture is stored on the Stage and in the wooden shed located on the rear patio. Please return all items to where you found them after your rental.
Conditions of rental
- A booking is confirmed only when you have submitted your Booking Form, received confirmation of availability by email and you have made payment.
- Please return all furniture in clean condition and stack items in the proper fashion, where you found them.
- Damage: In the unfortunate event of accidental damage to furniture or equipment during your rental, please inform the Committee via bookings@kemerton.org.uk as soon as possible.
The damage will be assessed by the Committee.
- Please be aware that you may be liable for the cost of repair or replacement.
Accessing the key-safe to enter the building
You will be issued with the key-safe code when your booking is confirmed.
- The key safe is located at the back of the building.
- Go past the main hall entrance (leaving it on your right), turn right twice and walk towards the black metal gate at the rear.
- Just beyond the drainpipe, hidden from view, is a wall-mounted key safe.
- Lift the cover and rotate the dials to the code you have been provided with.
- Pull down the button with an arow marked on it and you will find the key inside.
At the end of your booking, having locked the hall, it is of paramount importance that you replace the key, close the key safe and shuffle the dials to show random numbers.
